Return Policy
At Jessica Lee Cosmetics, we offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Return: To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as when received, unused, and in their original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package. Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you find that the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can address the issue promptly.
Please note, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges: To exchange an item, please return the original item and, once the return is approved, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, please contact us at infor@jessicaleecosmetics.com.
